Advertising rules

Requirements for advertising content

1. General requirements

On Amigo, you can advertise only those animals, goods, services and other offers (hereinafter referred to as "goods"), the advertising of which on the Internet is permitted.

Before placing an advertisement on Amigo, you must make sure that all its elements comply with the requirements of Federal Law No. 38-FZ "On Advertising". For any violations of the law or the rights of third parties, the advertiser and the advertising producer are solely responsible.

We have the right to request any documented information on the compliance of advertising with the requirements of advertising legislation.

2. Distance selling

If the advertisement contains a distance selling clause, the advertisement must indicate:

  • if the seller is a legal entity - a name with a legal form, OGRN, legal address: city, street, house, apartment / office

  • if the seller of the individual entrepreneur is the full name of the individual entrepreneur (for example, individual entrepreneur Ivanova I.I.), OGRN individual entrepreneur

3. Incentive activities

If the advertisement contains information about a competition, drawing, game or other incentive event, the advertisement must indicate:

  • timing of

  • a source of information about the organizer, the rules of the event, the number of prizes or winnings based on the results of such an event, the timing, place and procedure for receiving them (for example, "Details: [phone / website / other source of information]")

4. Medicine and health

Advertising of medical products or services should contain a warning: «There are contraindications. Consult your doctor».

Advertising of biologically active additives (BAA) must contain a warning: «Not a drug».

5. Foreign words

You can use foreign words / phrases in advertising only if:

  • they are accompanied by a translation into Russian (the translation must be readable) or,

    they are a registered trademark in a foreign language (Be prepared for the fact that we will ask for documents confirming the registration of the trademark).

6. Age rating

Advertising of information products subject to classification in accordance with Federal Law No. 436-FZ "On the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development" (for example, concerts) must indicate the category of this information product: 0+, 6+, 12+, 16+ or 18+.

Products and services prohibited for advertising

  1. Tobacco, tobacco products, any smoking mixtures and smoking accessories (including electronic cigarettes, vapes and consumables for them, pipes, hookahs, cigarette paper, lighters).
  2. Alcoholic products.
  3. Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as their precursors, plants containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as their precursors and any products for their use.
  4. Weapons (including hunting, pneumatic, civilian, airsoft, paintball, souvenir and decorative), accessories, copies thereof; knives, except for kitchen, pen and stationery knives.
  5. Internet auctions, sites for ads for goods and services, and marketplaces.
  6. Dating sites, services of marriage agencies and dating organizers.
  7. Risk-based games and bets, including their organizers.
  8. Intimate services, sex toys and other erotic and pornographic materials and products.
  9. Goods and services related to Forex-type markets (including equipment, consulting, training).
  10. Securities.
  11. Political advertising.
  12. Religious advertising.
  13. Services of an occult and magical nature and all types of ceremonies, rituals and predictions (for example, witchcraft, magic, astrology, numerology, fortune telling, alternative medicine).
  14. Information about the need for material assistance (for example, fundraising for treatment).
  15. Advertising pyramid schemes or questionable ways to generate income, as well as related training.
  16. Remote sale of goods prohibited for remote sale (for example, medicines).
  17. Goods and services without registration, certification or special licenses or permits, when their passage or receipt is required.
  18. Goods and services that violate intellectual property rights.
  19. Any goods and services, advertising of which is contrary to the content policy of the Company.
  20. Any goods and services, the circulation of which in the Russian Federation is limited or prohibited, or which may be aimed at violating the legislation of the Russian Federation.
